Shipping Policy

We take great pride in providing the fastest shipping turnaround time possible. We know you want your merchandise as soon as possible. Due to high volume of orders we are receiving, orders are shipped usually in 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Notification

Over 99.9% of online buyers will receive tracking information automatically via email. There are some exceptions due to the size of packages such as single order of small cables or small accessories that fits into bubble wrap packets will not have tracking information.

Most of items are usually shipped with UPS.

Ship-to Destination Countries

We ship to USA and Canada only at this time.

Shipping Insurance

All orders will be insured to the maximum coverage value allowed by carrier. K12 Solutions is not responsible for any damage/loss beyond the carrier maximum allowable coverage.

Return Shipping

Return Merchandise Authorization is required prior to all returns. Buyers are responsible for fully repacking the merchandise(s) including all accessories, properly placing all the styrofoam and/or protective materials for safe shipping the same way you received when returning for any reason. K12 Solutions is not responsible for any theft, shipping damage caused by improper repacking and any merchandise(s) that are not insured.

You, the buyer, are responsible for all applicable charges including but not limited to; shipping, handling, delivery, taxes, duties and applicable tariffs associated with the purchase.
